I wouldn't say PE looks cheap but I do like how the American Roll Cover is flush with the bed rails and has the smaller canister.

I meant the rails. They are very bulky and look unfinished in the pictures I've seen.

I've stayed away from the retrax mx series because the after thought of the locking mechanism and plastic cover.
The rest of that cover is great, but the lock ruins the design

Don't know much about the retrax products but the lack of sport rack integration took them out of the running for me. The design of the American Roll Cover and the smaller canister has me leaning towards Truck Covers USA over Pace Edwards. I think Pace Edwards look great but the bigger canister and no access without dropping the tailgate is a limitation. I also like the LED interior light feature (standard or option?) in the Truck Covers USA product.

The Weathertechs are sort of plastic/slippery feeling. The X-act Contours are grippy rubber and your shoes don't slide around on them.
The Husky Weatherbeaters are more rigid, similar to the Weathertechs.

WT makes two kinds. One set has the same feel you describe. No preference, just for information.

Here is what I added or am adding shortly to mine.
Peragon Tonnuea
Linex for bed and wheel liners
Gloss it nano-coating
Squadron sport driving and fog lights once the bracket comes out,
LED license plate lights,
Blood splatter bed graphics with gray american flag grill graphic
Hitch
and that's about it.

-Retrax Pro MX rolling cover. Love it. Changed from BakFlip.
-Lights
-Gonna try the stock mats for the winter. They aren't bad. Lack a lip to retain water though but provide same footprint as WeatherTec
-Bed Mat
-Spray-in liner (from factory)
-Hoping for a front-bumper winch compatible w/Technology Package
-Did I mention lights?
-Rings for the beadlock-compatible rims
-Don't like the chrome lugs with the dark wheels, likely change to black lugs
-ICON shocks as soon as they release them for the '17 w/UCAs

This is Raptor #3 ('13 & '15 previous). Man I love this truck, wow.

Peragon Tonnuea

Just looked this up ... Looks awesome and I love supporting small USA made businesses. Do you have any experience with the Peragon in the past? This is now on my short list of covers!

As for me ... I plan to keep mods light.

Current:
* 25% Ceramic Tint on Front to match the rears
* LED License Plate Lights
* Street Guardian Dachcam Hardwired to AUX #5
* Proclipusa iPhone Mount (Greatest thing since sliced bread) [Raptor Specific]

Planning:
* AG Raptor YETI Cup (See Pic Below) - Totally Counts as a Mod :biggrin:
* Tonneau Cover (Undecided)
* Full Bed Rug (originally was planning Line-X) [I've gotten in to woodworking ~ LineX is a bit too agressive for carrying good lumber]
* Fog Light Panels for Rigid Fogs
* Radar Detector with Blendmount hooked up to AUX #6
* Black Lugs for the Beadlocks
* Small/Clean RappyGraphics decal on the cowl portion of the hood
* A winch without replacing the front bumper? A man can wish ...
* Booster seat for the kiddo

Raptor YETI Cup :biggrin:

:ROFLJest::ROFLJest::ROFLJest::ROFLJest::ROFLJest:

Ofcourse!!!! But only if the Raptor portion is in Magnetic. The key to the AG Yeti is strapping it to the intake for that extra AG 14whp.

Is that the Gen2 cup? If so, better take a pic of the bottom underside of the cup so Gen1 cups know what they'll be seeing all the time. :crazy:
