So, getting oil changed at dealer. Before going flash mpt 93prx back to stock. Mechanic says inspection is due, truck needs nothing (2017 scab) do I want it inspected, sure. Service manager comes out and says cant do an emission test because computer was reset and not enough miles on reset to get proper numbers. He asks if the battery was disconnected or did I have a tune on it....denied the tune, said I was working on aftermarket lights. He said ok come back after a couple hundred miles.....just saying....he was fishing, didn't push it...but they know Raptors and owners like tunes....this was outside Philly...
This is normal - it takes some miles once the ECU is flashed to be in 'readiness' mode. So for example, if you flashed back to stock to get an emissions test, you couldn't do it 5 mins before the test, you'd need a number of miles on the truck for the ECU to reach readiness.

Okay guys decision time here:

I just read all 52 pages! Haha

I have the Whipple Stage 1 on my truck now and short of buying upgraded turbos I’m looking for something more aggressive.

Has anyone had a Whipple tune or other and switched to MPT? What was your impression?

This is my stock 2018 with the MPT tune. Tried a different launch technique, so I wasn't trying to cut a quick light, just a hard launch. It worked pretty well...

So where are they getting the extra power ? They aren’t adding that much boost. If any.

My datalog from that run shows a max of 21psi and a 2.13 Actual Load value at 14.6 psi local barometric pressure. There is a LOT more power available with a better (more boost and timing = more risk) tune. The throttle closed up quite a bit after every gear change.
