That was going to be my suggestion, too.retighten the lower shock bolts. Spec is 405lbs or close to that. That's where the noise comes from.

I am getting ready for a huge trip from Missouri to Washington DC, Gettysburg, Philadelphia, New York, and Niagara Falls. I am on mid perch with a CAI and 5 star tune. When I went to mid perch I lost a few MPG, not sure exactly how much but a loss. Do you think going back to stock for the trip would help. Gas is an issue for this trip
That was my first thought as well so I took it back to the shop who did the mid perch to retorque and they said everything was to specs. I'll look to see if I can recheck to make sure it is torqued to proper tightness.
How many miles on the truck? Check the rack on the drivers side also. Another good source of noise as they get miles on them. Some do it new
Stock perch, '12 with 37k miles.I started reading this post because I am hearing and feeling a knocking on both sides, but mostly on the passenger side, when going over bumps at all speeds. This is all good info- I will be inspecting all of these areas. Thank you folks for sharing.
