just me bitching so here goes my rant. my buddy loves my 18 raptor and now wants to get one. not a 19. In dallas area here is what we found today. Sam packs Carrollton $7500 over msrp. Grapevine ford 5k over msrp. Platinum Ford weatherford msrp. Town East ford 2k below msrp. Park cities ford dallas 66k for certified w/7k miles on it. He is wanting a new 2018 race red 802a. Forgot how ****** the process was finding a deal on one of these when I got mine, now he is about to go threw it. bought mine new for 64.5k back in august.that's all I got thanks.

My local dealer, Elkton Ford in MD has 2 raptors and their sister dealer, Ramsey Ford in MD has 1 raptor. All 3 are 2018s with 802a and pretty much all the other options. They were willing to sell any one of those to me for invoice. If you are interested, PM me and I can get you contact info.

Just a summary

All the 17s sold well. So we got this dealer markup added.

The 18s were then sold around MSRP.

The 19s are out in good supply, and any left over 18s are at the normal selling price for a F150 .

What will the 20s bring? I expect some dealers will try for MSRP, but most will be way under.

Its called supply and demand. Or as this Ford dealer demands

Just a summary, don't buy in TX. I searched and had pretty much the same results, I can't remember which dealer but one wanted 10k above since the truck just arrived.

If your friend wants below MSRP he will have to look out of state period.

California still insane, They are still asking $20,000 over here at my local dealer GOScH Ford in Hemet. I tried to get them to negotiate when I was looking but the best they would do was $5000 over. I ended up in Arizona and got it for MSRP which I was stoked about then.(2017)

This has all been beat to death for sure. There are deals out there if you do your research. Not nearly as many as some allude though. Many dealers know they have a product that is very desirable. I paid MSRP for my 18 LF the end of last year. I wanted that specific color. When I went to do the deal the ADM on the window was 15K+MSRP. The upside was they did do MSRP and gave me really good $ for my 13 Raptor, $43K. Not the deal some on here speak of, but I was happy and got the exact truck I wanted. Another plus is it was fairly close to me so I did not have to travel half way across the country to get it.

There are plenty out there...be patient...get what you want....don't pay MSRP unless you have money to through away or wife that can't spend it all
