OP, Congrats on getting out of CA!

I will miss the friends I made, the state is extremely beautiful and has every driving condition you could want in a Raptor. I just found that my dollar goes a long ways in Florida, I get to keep my CA pay, and no state taxes is a big win. How can I forget I get to be near my family (double edged sword, I know) as well.

It is beautiful indeed, but keeping the gov’t from stealing and giving away my hard earned money will always win out - even better on keeping the CA pay!
