I didn’t really care for the power sliding rear window either. Still haven’t even tested mine out lol. Those rear windows are just another leak waiting to happen. But as with the moonroof, the truck came with it.

I will say- my GM trucks had much better “window trim” in general all around.

There just seems to be a lot of questionable design in those areas between where the gaps are & the type of weatherstripping on the slider, the plastic/rubber vs. stainless steel or aluminum runners w/ quality weatherseal vinyl or whatever

Look at em side by side you’ll see what I mean.

At the end of the day I’ll keep my eye on it & I’m sure the vast vast majority Won’t have any major issues.

Every manufacturer has the strong & weaker points

Interesting. The Cummins motto has been 6 in a row will tow. FCA churns out so many HEMI supercharged engines and hard to believe they wouldn’t make it into a truck. But then again do they still have to get some type of decent gas mileage out of them today? Which wouldn’t be as easy in a heavy truck.

Test drove a Raptor in November of 2018. It was ok. Considering I would never jump my 90,000.00 truck I opted for the Roush Off-road F150 supercharged. The power difference was too great. Some how a v6 in a pickup just doesn’t seem right.

Nice! I bet your supercharged v8 will almost keep up with a tuned v6 raptor! congrats!

Just kinda funny all these cry babies whining about these new grills and amber lights. Must of been one of those who recieved a participation trophy in Tee Ball. Lol. Still liked my 2010 Raptor 5.4 supercharged. You guys keep telling yourselves and it will be alright.

My guess this is to get fleet numbers up. I bet they will still offer S/C V8s on upper trim levels. Also I saw on another site that the t/c 6 is to replace the Pentastar V6 thats in the Rams, Wrangler, and Grand Cherokee. Which in that case would be a nice upgrade as someone that came from a Wrangler they are underpowered.

What is near IMPOSSIBLE to believe is that they haven't put it into a Jeep yet (real jeep - wrangler).....maybe that's like their "nuclear" option to avoid a 2nd bankruptcy/slowing sales/loss of market share, because I'll tell you what - however many Hemi Wranglers that FCA can physically produce in a year is precisely how many will sell.
