Did my first plug change today at just under 28,000 miles. All plugs but one (#6-closest to firewall on passenger side) looked about how I thought they would. Do you run a catch can? Have you ever looked in your intercooler to see if you have any accumulation in there? What you show is indicative of oil passing through the ingnition spark path. Have you experienced any hesitation, or had any misfire codes pop up?

No catch can yet. I have one on the way. No DTCs or check engine lights and have not checked the IC. The map sensor on the back of the engine had some oil on it. I did have some studder when initially stopping at lights. Haven't drove the truck yet to see if the new plugs cured it.

Do you have a Raptor?
