I'm listening intently to this conversation. But, I didn't see any huge kickers or nose-dive landing. I do see a lot of jumping, but they are clearing the flats and hitting the transitions which seem relatively smooth. Cool video though. Makes me want to go find some long, flat roads to blaze.

That vid is a Raptor making a fly away jump and landing on the downhill section.....not even the same ball park as a kicker at 60mph or endo'ing into the face of a hill/jump. In the vid that Fordwop posted, the Outlaw Raptor didn't have a pleasant landing......had he been able to fly out further, it would've been a much smoother transition with landing on the downhill section.

After watching some of the video's out there about this particular run, I don't think its a stretch to say perhaps to pace might have been a tad to fast, for a bit too long.

I cant blame Ford for shit like this.

So you pick videos of the ONLY 2 devastating incidents on the entire run, and assume we all drove like that?

I can supply you with hours of footage from my truck that shows NOTHING even close to that, but you'd probably be quite bored watching it.

For those of use a little more (no offense) sane, this is what the bad stuff looked like.

After the first jump you can hear my ABS/Traction Control/Hill Desent/Off-Road all shut off. A rock took out the harness to the left rear ABS sensor. The kicker is the actual one that did the damage to my truck. I think it probably got a few others too.

Thats the EXACT SAME kicker that I hit... In fact I was right behind you!

If anybody thinks those speeds were irresponsible or "abusive" after watching your clip, they need to just stick to the asphalt.
