Help. Steering issue?

Truck started something new. First noticed when pulling out of a parking space. When the steering wheel is turned to full lock (either direction) truck bogs down like in sand or trying to run over something. No noises. Just bogs down. Guesses?

What year is it? Pre Torsen front diff? sounds a lot like the front diff locking in or maybe even the rear diff locked. Any tires scuffing while turning?
