I was at first, what the hell is a pic of a drone got to do with anything. Yeah you have the exact same clearance as me. Thanks!

Wtf was that... I don't even have a drone pic on my phone and posted through tapatalk so must've been something on their end. At least it was only a drone. Could've been way worse! Haha

I don't care that much about it, was just pointing it out as it seems others do. If it can be fixed, great but understand if not. I would rather beat my truck.

Makes you feel good Tapatalk is cross pollinating data between accounts.

I have on average a ¼" clearance throughout my bumper. The only place it rests 100% of the time is on the frame horn area, which is designed to, as to support the valance.

Jimbo,
Here in Montauk there are thousands of boats. It is common to see dock lines, rails, and other surfaces subjected to damage from friction covered with clear hose; perhaps covering the top tube with clear hose will protect from chafing...

Ok but lets be realistic. You take off your stock bumper, you CUT YOUR FRAME so there is no longer the factory bumper mounts, you install SVC bumper and notice its very close (it does not touch but very close), you do what you say and want to remove but YOU CUT YOUR FRAME, can't put factory bumper back on to wait for resolution. Get real. Only choice would be to weld back on (I am not a welder, I am a cutter), repaint and attach factory bumper and get back on the Internet to get different bumper and hope you can return and eat cost of shipping. Your statement is not realistic Don't get me wrong. I like the bumper. Jeff at SVC was phenomenal with customer service. I would do business with SVC all day long, no question. I am merely pointing out to Jimbo that the SVC bumper does this is off-roading. He can make his choice. But if Rogue is just as close, he will have the same exact problem.
Problem, what problem? Mall crawlers or off road thrashers, you're covered. The renegade uses a sub assembly so you don't have to worry about the bumper not lining up side to side, or rubbing the valance. Your cuts can be done with a blindfold on if you wish. The sub assembly locates OEM holes, uses a thru slug & speed clip for the bottom tab. The bumper uses a cross member brace which attaches our belly skid plate all the way back. Throw away the stock belly skid plate, this one actually works as a skid not a shovel. It's all included in the bumper price.
Any questions, let me know. Thanks, Ryan

Said "if". I have never seen the Renegade up close. If it does not sit 1/4" under the valance then there is no problem. Would like to see more pictures of it up close when installed though. That last pic, bumper looks tough and well made indeed

Congrats on the new bumper and on your choice, Since your wife likes the pictures of my truck, you know which way i was hoping you would go. The Rogue Racing Renegade Bumper is a fantastic bumper and i know you will be more than pleased with the build quality and the appearance. The approach angle allows your beast to act like one and not a farm plow. The light that comes with this bumper throws out an amazing amount of light due to the optics( although this isnt a light thread its nice to know) and compliments the looks.
