30 days and still no truck or an idea when the part should arrive. Been a FORD guy my whole life, however this truck has been nothing but disappointing. For the cost of these vehicles they should just work. This one is just one problem after another.
I agree, something as simple as a freakin headlight?? They shouldn't be able to sell vehicles without serviceable parts available. I'm sure there's a law somewhere about that. Hopefully they get this figured out soon for you. Did you reach out to Ford customer service already?
Edit, I was researching and seen that there is a fuse for each headlight, the left and the right on 2021 models, they did check that, I hope.

I’m told it’s a headlight module with no ship date in site. I have reached out to Ford and they tried to put me in a rental car that they would gladly pay $60.00 a day for, the hiccup is economy rental cars at the moment are going for $110.00/day. Tough to stomach and additional $50.00 and make a payment on a truck that is sitting in the shop. Ford needs to get it figured out. They charge too much for these things to have all of these problems.

Man... Maybe @FordTechOne has some wisdom to share here? The warranty is worth zero if the manufacturer can’t supply the parts. I’m sure Ford is contracting the part out, and not at original fault here, but this in no way excuses not being able to get a repair part for the truck. it’s not like it’s a trim piece, it’s a headlight, you kind of need it.

Have you ask the stealership to check other stealership inventory, widen the search area, etc?

It sounds like the battery drain issue damaged the headlamp assembly or module. I'm not much help in parts logistics, I'm not privy to such data. Hopefully the dealer has it on "emergency" backorder.

Sadly — you sometimes need “lemon laws” get the attention and action you need…lawyers have a purpose …find a firm that handles these types of issues and Ford will start responding and get you made somewhat whole again…sorry to hear the first month of your raptor ownership has been a huge headache. Vehicles like these are purchased to enjoy and use…

For ford and then your dealership to expect you to spend another $1500 a month for a crappy rental car while your brand new $80k truck sits idle or not working reliably is simply not acceptable.

They should put you in a loaner truck at the very least.

That is definitely last resort material. I’ve been through it, you want to exhaust alternatives before this.

is there--any-- chance someone has lost a Jen Tres in a collision, with a salvageable headlight assy.?

else...
is there anything on the lot you’d consider trading for?

Manufacturers will cut you off completely as soon as you mention the word “lawyer”, so wont get you anywhere in terms of obtaining a part. Lemon laws vary by state and can take effect if a vehicle is out of service for a certain amount of time, but as Smurf said, better to exhaust all alternatives before pursuing that route. And with the shortage of vehicles, it’s not like they can just put you into another Raptor.

Hopefully OP has the concern escalated as high as it can with Customer Service. If the dealer has another Raptor they could swap the light from to get OPs truck back on the road, that would exemplary customer service. Unfortunately, I don’t see them doing that.

Escalated as high as I can go at the moment. I have a Ford representative, however they continue to tell me to stick with the dealer. My problem with all of it is that the dealer didn’t build the truck, Ford did. Ford needs to get this figured out soon. They charge way too much for them already to just continue to have problems.

It's almost unimaginable that a truck needs a headlight and it takes more than a month to get one. Shame on Ford, this should never happen. I feel for ya, speechless. There's really no spare headlights at the factory????? Are they running out of chips, flares and headlights now? What's next, deliver trucks to the dealers without seats?
