Changing the grill was actually a condition of JoyJoy's for buying the truck. I was in total agreement... right up until I took delivery. I don't know what it is, but in person the grill just looks correct for the truck. I don't think Joy is 100% in love with it still, but I don't think she hates it anymore either.

To my knowledge, there are no other grill options to date, anyway. But here's a (really crappy) couple of photochops I did way back when, when toying around with different ideas. I'd still like to see this come to life:

Looks too much like a GMC grille. The stock Ford grille is awesome IMO.

I am sure any stock or aftermarket f150 grill should work. I mean the headlights are the same and all the extra width is in the fenders.

i wonder? the hood is differently shaped, and is a different height. i wonder if the grill is different dimensions.

I dunno frogy. Take a look at a standard hood, grill removed:

I haven't specifically looked, but that doesn't look right to me, in terms of how the Raptor grill mounts up. See how the mount rides up into the hood? The Raptor hood continues down and finishes off vertically into the vertical grill.

Here's the Raptor front end to compare the grill with the standard F-150 (above).

Looks to me the hoods are different making the grills different and not interchangeable.

^That's mostly true BT; but from the headlights in the dimensions are the same as the standard F150. So the grill swap idea has merit, but the hood is clearly different. We've got sheet metal where the standard doesn't. Doesn't look possible to me.

sorry to say but I doubt any other grill than the standard gill can improve this truck at all. The current grill is a one of a kind and makes the truck front end what it is. Perfect choice Ford!!
