Waiting for the pictures to continue building upper shock mount bucket with railmount at the top.

I got the fenders, those fender are lie wet cardboard, edges are so fragile.
Do i need it to paint them before installation or after installation?

Hope they fit flush, +3" kit with a +3" fender -34offset stock fender.
I think tires will be 1/2" out of fenders 12.5" wide bfg. If i use 37" 13.5" wide toyo mt tires going to be out 1" then

You'll want to "fit" the fenders first. You'll most likely need to do some trimming and sanding (possibly even adding) to the fenders to get them to line up nicely. Once you're satisfied with the way they fit, remove them and have them painted.

Wet cardboard is an interesting way to put it. It did travel a long way from the looks of it and it looks pretty good.

If you intend to use tubing for the shock mounts, make sure you have a piece of plate between the end of the tubing and the frame.
Something that is common practice and knowledge here, but might be an unknown to you.

Yes, edges need to be gusset.
I think tube is easier to work with, only thing it need to be gusset.

Checking the suspension bottomed
Lower front pocket has a lip and limits its up travel

So i cant reach the recommended height of upper shock mount support without grinding lower a arm front pockets

At this point if i dont grind it, suspension remains within 1" of travel left until bottoming out

Upper a arms clearance
