Btw which is the tighten bolt torque used on my kit?
Lower a arms
Upper a arms
Lower spindle
Upper spindle
Inner tie rods outter tier rods
Lower suspension
Upper suspension torque please, if anyone can help me
I was told to use on the suspension the mext nitrogen psi
Bump stop starting from 59psi nitrogen
Bypass 3.0 200psi
Coilover 150 psi

Can anyone explain me this to ,e a bit more clear
12.750 inches off top of frame to center of upper shock bolt on the front bypass shock. Bottom the shock with only a 1/8 washer in between the shock body and full collapse. Then set the travel so the front shock is at that measurment. Remember everything is built fully compressed for that measurment.

Ok, i will. Thanks anyway.
I going to gather all the info and experience i went through the install process.
Pros and cons, hope to show the complete install next friday.
80% build right now, need to weld a 12.5" upper shock mount bucket in place.

I can't think of a single member who has installed this kit themselves.

You won't use all the shocks travel, so the upper mount won't be as high as the shock is in your picture.

Did it not come with upper shock mounts?

Not, you uave to build it by yourselft. I m in the process of the upper shock mount bucket build on monday, my guide are the pictures of the gallery of pre runners on outlaw offroad.

I think ypu can call outlaw and they can make one for you.
Btw they are the worst seller in this forum. I try to buy the bucket similar as this one on the pic and never got answer.
They copy h&m lower a arms, the firsrt truck from connor where build with this kit, by the time they copy the lower and make the alpha 1 uppers a arms
