For the time being you can try opening up the blue compression tubes on the bypass to help with the ride quality. Also try dropping the nitrogen down to about 150psi. This will not lower the ride height, but it will help with the stiff ride.

The ride height looks good to me. The truck you posted has 37's on it so it is throwing you off a little... Your truck with other wheels and tires on it will look different.

It will look even better once the fenders are painted to match the rear..

This is the stance of my truck with pre load ring at the top, normally on my rzr or atv doesnt has to be all the way at the top to be at the correct ride heigh or level.

On the springs, talk to outlaw about what rates they're using. They've got more time on that kit than anyone.
H&m's rates are likely set up around having a full engine cage (more weight).

Yes they told me to call them on monday, because the person who knows about lts kit wasnt there.
h&m told me to open all the way long tube and short tube comp and go tested.
Yes, offcourse their truck is heavier than stock because of the gussets, cages and fiberglass hood.
They will be sending me a 700 spring rate.
You note how firm is that spring when you see the pre load ring all the way on the top and truck still nose high.
