I would seriously consider sending your truck to the US for a proper install and to address the issues you're having. I'm sure it's pricey but you have a substantial investment in the truck and it's a shame to see it go down the drain so to speak.

That will be the best to do, but is pricey.
I tryed once with a 03 ford lightning that i had before this ford raptor.
The best way i wanted was to bring my ford raptor already built from SDHQ to panama.
What is working well in panama are the bolts on kit with a very good instruction manual.

Yes, kind of something like that. Most of the time i use rear lock diff, but this time i was towing my rzr when i needed 4wd for a slippery uphill.
Going down was a problem since i lost abs, tcs and downhill descent control.

Let see how long will take to keep that lts kit on my truck, probably i will be removing it and get the one that you sell.

Our kit will require all new mounts to be made since all of the stock, upper mounting points have been removed.

I'd second that.
The long travel kits are only as good as the people installing them. Very possible to buy one and end up with less reliability and performance compared to the typical 3.0 setup, when the long travel is installed by rookies.

I feel like you will have a lot more headaches which equals more time and money involved. Shoot hire out SDHQ and fly them down, give them a place to sleep, wine and dine them, and a nice sum of cash and I'm sure it will still be cheaper than your current long term solution

I've followed your posts/threads for a while but correct me if I'm wrong in my summary.

You bought a long travel kit because you wanted a softer ride on the roads in Panama. Did you run 3.0's all the way around first? Upon receiving your kit you realized it required fabrication work that you or your fabricator did not have the knowledge or skill to complete properly, so you tried to sell the kit back on the forum but weren't wiling to take more than a 10% loss on the kit and only willing to ship it to Florida at 1/2 buyer's expense. After no one took you up on that deal you went ahead and hacked up your truck without any real knowledge of what you were doing and now that your kit is installed it's not working properly. I believe the forum has told you pretty much the entire time to fly someone down with knowledge and expertise and have them finish your build. You should probably do that.

I know it sounds condescending and I feel bad that you're kinda in a ****** spot with your truck. But you're in way over your head, everyone has told you you're in over your head from day 1 and you're learning it the hard way. You've already burned a bunch of money on the build and you're going to burn a lot more trying to get it right over and over again. Pony up the cash and get someone to do it right for you and save yourself a bunch of time, money and frustration.

That or sell the truck and just buy a pre-runner or run 3.0s.

edit: I mean, you don't even have a body/paint shop capable of sourcing Oxford White. You got overspray on your hood, not because they didn't take the fender's off, but because they don't know how to tape off a section of your truck. And your reaction is "oh well, it's only $250" I mean…How can you expect anything to be done properly? You tried to make sure your shit was level using an app on your iPhone.
You're thinking about selling the kit again, this time it's been installed and probably damaged so you should probably expect to lose half your money or more on it.

I would sell the truck. Buy another and have a US shop mod it out and have it shipped home. Would be better in the long run and life would be so much happier

Yeah its gonna cost money, lots. Don't care what they say, money DOES buy happiness
