Looks pretty good. How do you like the ride?

I took it for a ride, doenst feels harsh suspension wasnt noisy steering was stable and felt firm. I could not hit it hard because i have not install bump stop yet.

This is the up travel within limit strap

Looks like you are sitting a bit too high or have too much preload on your springs. I think you should be sitting lower and should have way more up travel.

Otherwise, it looks good and glad it came together for you.

Looks a bit too high.
Easy enough to swap the upper spring for one with a bit less rate, or shorter.
The outlaw version of this kit comes with a 3-6-500 upper coil.
Are you getting full compression travel with the coilover mounted that way ?
Be sure to get some measurements once you have it bumped and strapped.

As you see i m only a 1/4" of pre load
I will move pre load ring all the way at the top and will check if it drop a bit more
Crossover ring are on top too

Coil over shocks are a bit lower than bypass at the bottom as well otherwise, i either weld mount a bit up or remove tender spring

I drove it today a bit hard, passed through speed bumps fast and got through street pot holes, was afraid to ran out of travel without bump stops

I have not touched bypass compression tubes, i m using it as they came. Only with coilovers compression adjuster knob those are easy to play with.
Dont want to mess with bypass compression tune and mess that up.

If you can help me to tune the bypass compression tube

I was told to use 200psi on 3.0 bypass and 150psi on 2.5" coilovers

I really think you top spring is too beefy/heavy. You need a smaller/lighter one and that should help a lot. Look at most of the springs on shocks like yours. Looks like you have a Honda Civic spring on top.

Yes, it could bent my upper mount support too stiff. That is what h&m use on their race truck, but it is mounted higher and their truck weigh more.

Yes those springs are crap. i dont even need the use of cross over ring, because of the stiffness

YEah, I'd order a lighter spring and install that.

Also, are you going to install an engine cage/brace when you install the front bump stops?

The brace are below the remotes reservoirs on that picture

Need a bypass compression tunning, i know if difficult by words, but a close one as a starting point.

For now i will have to tame them a bit to see if spring sag a little bit, but for sure need a softer spring on that set up.
