Here's a list of dealers/people I talked to:
Bill Knight Dealership - Andrew Martin
Bob Hurley Ford - Vincent Hennigan
Laird Noller Ford - John Pilatz (JP)
Bob Allen Ford - Chris Scudiero (Salesman) / Timothy Smith (Sales Mgr)
First two are in the Tulsa area and the last two are in Kansas. Topeka and Overland Park respectively. I ended up buying mine from Bob All.
Bill Knight was $1k over invoice when I checked on the NRA Car Buying Service, so I didn't even bother really talking to them much...maybe I should have.
Also, when they say invoice be sure they're talking out the door price. The guy I talked to at Bob Hurley offered invoice, but then he said I had to pay some bogus $536 FDAF and store fee on top of that. To me, that's no longer invoice. I walked away from that. Ended up going with Bob Allen Ford in Overland Park, KS for about about $300 over invoice. Price difference wasn't huge, but for the small difference I was willing to make a roadtrip around Kansas City since there's plenty of stuff to do there and I have family nearby.
My decision was partially based around which dealership communicated the best over phone and email without trying to BS me. I live in Bartlesville near Madcow so I prefer to be able to handle things while setting foot in a stealership as little as possible. Tried dealing with my local dealership, but they wouldn't deal at all.
