Picked up my 2025 Raptor R in Louisville, Kentucky 2 weeks ago and paid MMRSP , not seen another one yet round here ...

302 Raptor R’s on cars.com. That doesn’t mean in stock and usually lists MSRP.
I know I can’t buy one in Houston for MSRP, and not sure I could bring myself to do it anyway unless I was feeling irresponsible that day

I’ll say this…even if you have to pay a little over MSRP for an R…you’ll probably end up ultimately spending less than a 35 and especially a 37 when trade in time comes. If you’re planning on paying mostly or all cash…go with the R even if it’s a little over MSRP. My 2023 35 has already dropped 13-14K easily on trade in and that would not have happened with an R. Only issue is that difference can easily get eaten up in interest payments if that is the situation.

Common practice since the Raptor came out. When you call them to offer up, they will say it's a mistake. Been there.

Not saying it doesn’t happen but I bought mine there and have a couple buddies bought theirs there. It didn’t happen in any of the cases.

there's a facebook page dedicated to Raptors at or below MSRP and i have seen them pretty frequently on both 801a and 802a so if you're willing to travel or be patient you could probably find one. I have yet to see Raptor R's advertised for MSRP and most are advertised for at least $10k over up to $40k+ over.
