I'm not running true beads. I was very hesitant when I was on pavement on the steers. Running Methods w/ Grabbers. Yeah, haven't gotten around to converting the SE beads yet.

As far as 20 psi your probably want a little less. It will be okay. I've only broke bead one time up there at a Raptor Rally. Doing multiple donuts a steer tire finally gave way. Never again.........All fun until something breaks.

Can't believe this is the 5th yr I've been taking a Raptor to Silver Lake. Time flies.

Are you using true beadlocks to air them down that much or just never making much of a turn?

I have the SE beadlocks but don't have the true rings but even if I did, to switch them over in the parking lot and switch back is going to be a PITA.

I was thinking of airing down to 20 and hope for the best.

Good to know about the sand, I was think too wet of sand can become quicksand.

Which direction are you coming from? You might be able to meet up with us.

My wife and I are staying at a different hotel for just Thursgay nite. The Hilton didn't offer group rate and/or other discounts. But we'll meet up with everyone at the Hilton to head out to the Dunes.
