I would assume (without looking at a map) that the hotel would be on your way out, or close to it without much of a detour. Stop in and ride out with the rest of the group.

If you Google maps "David Allen Racing", they are the shop outside the entrance of the dune, and the air refill station you will likely be using.

B&L Sand Toys are sponsors and right there at that corner as well for your flag and dune needs. They just recently moved there, so maps may take you to their old location down the road, so use DAR for mapping/nav.

Just east of dune entrance down W Fox Rd is the voucher station, when busy you will be required to go here first (its a drive thru station you loop around), get an entry voucher and proceed to dunes. Given its a Friday morning, they may not be necessary and the voucher station may be closed, in that case just go to dune entrance. See below for voucher station to dune entrance:

There is a dune parking lot when you enter, im sure you will see many raptors so just come say hello. Otherwise, just mount up your flag and go into the park and find us, we will be on MURS1/Snoball1. I think we were expecting to arrive around noon ET

I have others pre-programmed; GLRE1, 2, & 3. But not Snoball..

So sand dunes around 12 so hotel convoy should leave 10 should give everyone ample time to get to the stores and get there flags and stuff
