Gen 3 AC occasionally blowing HOT air until shutting the car off and starting it again

2021 gen 3 f150 raptor. Happened to me only 2-3 times in the span of 3 months. pretty rare and weird issue but i have to fully shut the car off then on again to fix it. Has this happened to anyone else?

There is a TSB out that is a software update that can potentially fix that issue.
