Full Race trans cooler received. Not too happy with the looks of it.

I received my trans cooler from Full Race today. It was loose in the box and the box had some damage. The cooler looked ok though. But upon pulling it out of the box I noticed some white on one of the ends. It was rough and had some buildup under the paint. Looks like the roughness was painted over might be corrosion possibly. It's on both sides. When I touched it with my nail the paint comes off and its white and powdery. The paint job could've been better overall even though you will not really see it once its mounted up. One of the brackets is crooked. Check out the pics. I was just curious if anyone else had a Full Race and what the condition of it is? I emailed them asking to return. I went ahead and ordered one from Mishimoto. I wanted to get it installed this weekend since it's Father Day. And I told my wife I wanted to work on the truck for my day.

Update, Full Race got back to me. They apologized and said "This should not have happened". They offered a replacement. Nice of them to be honest and direct about it.
