Pick your poison. The Screws have a faster turn ration which means wider turn if you install that as a SCAB.

I stayed scab rack when i broke mine as it was fast enough.

Ii is better to use a SCREW steering rack for a SCAB ford raptor?

On my rzr900xp, i changed the stock steering rack for a GEAR-ONE Brand. Heavy duty rack

The drivers side output bushing wearing is a common failure point.
When purchasing a new rack, make sure it is not a remanufactured unit.
Ford rebuilds them with old cores and does not fix the bushings. It's possible to get a worn unit out of the box.

H&m does make a swing steering setup, but going by the difficulties you had with the original lt kit install, I would think the install would be beyond what your local resources will allow for.

I have a rack to play with now to see if I can rebuild and if I can make better. Time is the only part I need to experiment.
