Having a transmission lock out is great for trailering I agree. But this was already accomplished with the shifter lock-out button. The only reason to invest in high dollar +- paddle shifters is to put immediate, accessible control at a drivers fingertips. That's the only reason they exist. There's no reason to offer immediate split second access to a trailer lockout.

The only reason? I thought they were there for manually shifting in manual mode like stated in the manual.
