Nope... I'm going to do everything I can to get these lunatic fn democrats out of office and get the gas prices back to where they should be. F them all, these democrats are nothing but socialist communist F-rs, and they need to be removed from office before they destroy America.

And if you're a Democrat complaining about gas well then go buy a prius, because you voted for this ShI×.

Because one thing we've learned, at least those of us with the brain, is that a dumb ASSS, child hairsniffing pervert with a pen, Is is much more dangerous than a smartASSS with a tweet...

Funny thread. Guy defending the TRX most haven't driven against a truck that nobody has driven.

No smokey burnouts for the TRX. ;)

At no point did I say that the TRX is superior to a Gen 3! Different people have different needs and budgets.

I merely enjoy pushing back against the fanboi herd mentality and misinformation. I like it when all sides are informed, open-minded, and willing to self-critique.

And stirring the pot... I like that too. Just a little bit.

Some may, but I don't think many will. Even if the R beats the TRX power on paper, it is almost certain to be more expensive, and the general populace prefers the 1500 interior over the 150.

Still, some of us who were raised on Raptors do harbor a fantasy of the perfect R enticing us back to the blue side. We'll see!

Mm, I don't think FCA approaches the TRX any differently than Ford does the Raptor.

One of the bigwigs at FCA (CEO? President? I forget) already said the Hellcat is going away in a couple of years. Maybe the TRX lives on in a neutered V6 form, who knows.

I think both companies enjoy the notoriety and marketing plaudits that come with a flagship truck like Raptor/TRX, but it does not change their long-term strategy or determine future success of the business.

The point was that Ford doesn't need to make a lot of Rs to be successful as a company because the Raptor isn't all that important to Ford's future, not compared to the Bronco and Lightning.

If you're in a weenie measuring contest, you only have to produce one weenie ... :)

They do? I could see that argument when RAM had the 12" screen and the F150 did not. Not sure that still holds.

Not to your point at all, but it's interesting, though unsurprising, that a thread predicting that Ford will be making more Raptor Rs that Raptors turned into a debate about Raptor v TRX again.

That nicer interior comes in handy when your front drive shaft blows up and you are waiting for a tow.
