Forgot to add, make sure you remove the little stepper motors from upper and lower shutters and plug them in but tie them out of the way to prevent any hidden codes which does stop the start stop from functioning. My truck came without the start stop but it stopped working on my 20 model due to hidden codes which was a bonus to me.

I have the SVC intercooler and an ADD bumper that don't exactly work great together.. the tube on the driver side contacts the bumper pretty good.. I didn't plan on keeping the add bumper forever and I liked the high mounted BOV, BUT... I also had a ton of issues with the turbosmart em bov, but after switching to a analog bov I have had no issues whatsoever..

I bet the full race intercooler fits most bumpers but some guys want you to buy their stuff and I can only assume this is why the svc bumpers fit the svc intercooler perfectly

You will still get codes if they're plugged in because they don't find the end of their travel..

I understand, but stacking heat exchangers has the same effect as a thicker one.
The highest charge temp I've ever seen in my truck is 135F.. that's not going to affect the radiator or condenser because it's about half of their operating temperature..
