I have been running 87 performance since day one I got my truck... After 10,000+ miles I am averaging 12.2 mph..

Personally I would do 87 perf, 87 econ, 93 perf.

I would tend to think this is the most sensible choice.
I can see no good reason for wanting a 93 octane econo tune.

103 octane e-30 just got the tune done and think it will be better than 12.5 we shall see but the power wow

Unfortunately in SoCal I can only get 91 so I think it's gonna have to be 87 econ/perf and 91 perf for me. I just feel so dirty putting anything less than 91 in a 50k+ truck... I guess I'm just used to my turbo'd RSX that NEEDS 91.

finally got the tune on my truck diablo or some thing not the 5 stare but any way holy crap rolled out of the drive way as normal punched it broke lose broke loose in 2nd and a little squeak in 3rd holy crap. also think the mileage is going to go up that thing is crazy good. I'll get the name down later if any one is interested. me darn tiers are going to be balled. the limiter is gone 110 in 4th gear that was enough for me for now.
