My buddy spent $12k just to get custom wheels for his raptor. And as we speak he's on a private plane to st croix. $10-20k is like a rounding error to him and many others. It wouldn't be worth his time to travel 50 miles for a better deal. In fact, he never leaves his home for a car, they bring it to him to test drive.

Don't be a hater because you a po boy. Be happy with what you got. The gen1's are very nice.

I was trying to make a point that many who pay the ADM do because its irrelevant to them. It's clearly not because they are stupid, or else they wouldn't be as rich as they are.

And my buddy is a completely self made man starting several businesses from nothing.

i really don't get why people care what someone chooses to spend their cash on. does it really matter to you personally if i pay $1 over invoice or +$30k? i live by the "if you aren't paying my bills, your opinion is irrelevant" mentality.
it seams like most come here to compare **** sizes or something. there is a few of us that come here to learn about the trucks and get ideals on mods and maintenance.
it shouldn't matter about gen 1 or gen 2. pavement queen or tapping trophy territory. we should try to be a community of raptor owners. the random funny meme is cool, but the pissing match is old.

The reason it matters is if you pay 30k over msrp, dealers will charge that knowing people will pay it, vs if everyone sticks to msrp, they can't mark it up
