DOT Safety Dept just called me regarding the loud screeching sound...

I took yalls advice and filed a saftey report due to the loud screeching noise that happens at times from the B&O sound system. Just got off a 30min phone call with someone from Washington. Told me that hundreds of Ford owners have reported the same issue and that they actively working on getting Ford to fix the problem. The gentleman I spoke to asked that I send over copies of all dealership service docs and copies of videos I had.

Well see how this goes.
