I did search, for a couple hours, with no results of what I am looking for. Paged through the Sticky Gen3 Owner Pics thread and also didnt see what I was looking for.....
Got the green light today to pull the trigger on a Gen3. It will be Oxford white 801a, as I cannot stand the 802a front bumper and prefer the Ford seats over the Reccaros. Personally, I MUCH prefer the grey flares & bumpers vs. the black of the new trucks, but the only grey trimmed truck I could find from a local dealer was a '22 with 14k on it. The dealer wants $85k OTD, and that's just silly. Pretty much have to pull the trigger tomorrow to make sure that this thing hits the books in '24 with holiday schedule coming up, so looking at 2 options.
1. Dealer upfitted 801a, with color matched bumpers and flares on 37's.
2. Stock 801a and take the like new 37's from my current '19 Gen2 and put them on new truck with appropriate spacers for clearance.
Option 1 can be signed tomorrow and picked up early next week, option 2 will require more time searching for a truck or doing a dealer swap through the local dealer. I REALLY do not like the look of fully color matched except for on the black trucks, so I have been looking for photos of Oxford white trucks with ONLY color matched flares. If I go with option 1, I am thinking I would get some take off bumpers and go back to the factory colorway front & rear. Anyone have photos of an oxford white truck with ONLY color matched flares?
