Deaver is a progressive spring instead of linear like national. Also their double wrap wraps one from each direction. Not the same as national. They also have leafs that don't run the whole length of the spring, only from the front to the axel. Each leaflet is also curved unlike nationals that just arch the long leafs.

Pretty sure Nationals are billed as progressive rate springs and not linear.

I was told from "ben the engineer" at national that they are linear leafs.

The question should not be whether a spring leaf is linear or progressive, but whether a spring pack is linear or progressive.
