You may want to not do that!!!
It could send a signal that something a miss.

Don't for get the PCM, BCM and Nav/Radio all talk to each other.

Just power them off. Roll down the windows and shut the doors.

Ok I'll do that but I do notice when I upload tune radio keeps turning on during process

Yeah, my Nav/Radio does too. It's part of the boot process and shouldn't be stopped.
As long as the radio is off and climate is off you're good.

It's when the incorrect outside temp is way off I know something funky happen.

Well that Sucks, I don't know how much further you want to go.
You still haven't done a continuity test from the PCM to the coil on cylinder 8.
Or did the dealer check that? Other than just looking at the plugs and saying it looks good.

Next would be swapping all O2 sensors from one bank to the other.
If you still have a problem. Then the cam phaser or the PCM could be bad.

The dealer didn't do that. They wouldn't touch the PCM because it had aftermarket tuning. I was gonna drop the Y pipe with the cats to see if they are in good shape. That seems like a long shot too tho

Yup agree, but swapping out the O2s isn't too bad unless there stuck in there pretty good.

I doubt I have a faulty 02.... I have an offroad Y pipe I was gonna throw in to replace the Catted Y pipe in case the Cat was plugged up...

Like you said a continuity test needs to be done and I'm not even sure the process or tools needed to do that

Do you have a Tune with the rear O2s off?
I guess you can do that, but I think would need to swap the two front O2s if the misfire is still happening after switching out the Y pipe.
The more you rule out what it could be the closer you'll get to the fix.
