ChrisandAlex1, id take a look at the following paint additive. Combined with the right metallic/candy you can get some AMAZING AMAZING MATTE colors, with some pretty damn interesting qualities (abrasion resitance, etc being one).

Alsa Corp | Soft Feeling Paint

Crap it even looks like you can use some of their thermal additives (think hypercolor effect) to their soft-touch paints, and put that on a vinyle wrap. MIND ASSPLODE!!!
