IMHO the dark color will wash out the lines of this beast. That being said i think a really nice metallic/candy matte with enough depth and lustre could be a great balance between "dark" and "ominous" and still having enough depth to make the lines of the truck pop.

Another option would be to go the lighter color route and do something like the below.

It's weird.. On my computer screen at home, the matte red is dark but still clearly red. At work it's almost brown/red... Hmm maybe I'll do it a little lighter.

Yeah I did mine on my Mac, which is hooked to my tv so the colors turned out a little off. Oh well.

Josh you should try VG's idea.

Josh you should try VG's idea.


Just think Greens, Reds and Grey's. All dark in nature, and Matte/Satin.

This seems to be where I am headed. The others all look cool, but those are the ones that have the most appeal to me.
