Todd, I have a pancake compressor but no gun. Will that help? I will bring anyway and I have a autozone right near the house. Let me see of they have a spring compressor.

Thanks Donk.

Tom, skip the pancake, not enough flow for an impact gun. Please do check on the compressors though. I'm actually considering on doing mine this weekend. A) because we have so many and B) so I know what we're getting ourselves into. Tom, you wanna come by and maybe we can do our two as guinea pigs?

So far we have the following folks confirmed:

2:shooterAMG (that's me!)
3:RatedSVT
4:pwjstruebig
5:badgerscab6.2

I'm considering you confirmed when I get a PM with your personal info (cell #, full name, measurements, big/little spoon preference).

I'd like to get the guys done with the longest drives first, so they can get aligned if they so choose. So far the farthest in order are Green Bay (sorry about monday night), NW Indiana and Sleepy Hollow.

I think we can start making noise at 0800. I understand for the out of towners to get here by then might be a stretch, so we might have to fit them in where we can. No one wants to kill the entire day, so the sooner we can start, the better. I know pwjstruebig has to be home by late afternoon, so let's get started ASAP that morning.

I did text Tim from the Z forum. Haven't heard back yet.

Todd, I would sure like to try this weekend but I will be out of town in North Michigan. See some trees turning and family before the trek off to Florida. By the way, the Green Bay game outcome was pure BS. Now I feel better. I will hit up the local Autozone here aftre I get back and inquire about the spring compressors. No problem. Let me know what else you need. Look forward to the event for sure.

Cool, no worries.

I went to Autozone. They only had one compressor, so I got it. The guy there had used it on his buddies jeep, said we should be fine with just one per side. He said grease the threads, use an impact gun and take it slow. I might try this weekend still, since I have no patience!

You need more than one compressor per Spring. I used 3 on mine mainly because the ****** harbor junk one kept binding. I used 2 from AutoZone and one harbor junk .

Good luck guys. If I wasnt gonna be at the dunes I would come by and give a hand. Took me almost exactly 2 hours to do mine including a run to AutoZone.

Im fine with that. Gonna take a little less time to get down there than it would to get to the vette shop, so Ill leave about 430-445 and should get down there bout 8 or a bit b4. Ill check the autozones by me here (got three within 10mins of me) N c about spring compressors. I have one set froma buddy, but he uses them on cars not trucks so it may not be strong enough
