There is no fix to stop it from building condensate. The only solution is to evacuate it. You do realize that the majority of f150 ecoboost trucks have this hole now, right? There is a STICKY topic for it in every f150 forum.
Idk what majority you're referring to but I've had 4 to this point and none of them had any issues whatsoever. This last eco I'm driving right now is actually the most potent of the 4, and for some odd reason has more butt-dyno power.
None of them have/had a weephole either, including the 2011 we still have that has 100K miles.

Also, you conveniently gave me the part # to the 2015+ intercooler, of which is the same for the 2017 Raptor... here have been no misfire threads on 2015+ ecos due to condensation that I have been able to find. Thanks man.
