Building single turbo kit for 6.2

Hello Guys,

I am in the process of setting up a single turbo kit, and I would like to know if you guys have any good pictures of tubing plumbing for this mod. My goal is to install the turbo in the lower front bumper location. But again that is my desired location, I know Hennesey and another small company has made a kit but they do not show any pictures of their kit. If anyone has good detailed pictures please feel free to post them. I am doing this to create the best cleanest tubing setup possible, I want to confirm the best ideas. If you guys have certain tips or ideas you would like to see on the install also feel free to put in your two cents. I am going to create a build thread as well, with all the good pictures that everyone will love to see.

well, if it were me building it, I would try and put the turbo (or turbos, small twins would be the way to go) up top by the firewall. If you do any off roading, I think having it low would be a problem with water, mud, dirt, ect. I think a twin turbo setup with the hot side coming straight up from the headers into the turbo would be good, then down to an intercooler mounted up front and to the intake from there. if you really wanted a clean look, i would take the front fenders off and run the cold side tubing on top of the suspension, then down and into the intercooler

I saw Livernois" kit I feel it is super cluttered and I would like to see pics from the hennessey kit but their is no pictures available. Does anyone have the hennessey twin turbo kit that can take some good pics and post them. Thanks MTF

the Livernois would probly work the best if you'r still going to off road and looking at pics it looks really clean.

go to Hennesseys site and watch the vid you can see the turbos in the bumper under the inner cooler

The race raptor setup looks a little to fancy for my taste, I like to do great installs if you know what I mean!!!! I cant believe their isnt any pics of turbo setups. Anything helps, if there is somone with a henessey kit please feel free to post pics.
