I purchased it in maMay of 2019.
It had 4000 miles on it.
Could tell it was in an accident because one of the screw holder mounts on the front radar was broken.

Didn’t you say it was in an accident? I doubt the cab corners were related at all to any accident either way.

I jumped the gun when I presumed it was in an accident.
Because everything else looks fit - so I corrected myself and put other possibilities like broken from factory or when he removed the bumper to install the fog lights.

But cab corners are the same color also.

So regardless of accident, non-metal parts are discolored.

My white F150 was the same. The plastic parts all had a slight yellow tint and it drove me crazy. Looked dirty. The rear piece is plastic also. I did a little auto body in my past and I believe it’s from the additive to give the paint some elasticity. With no additive the paint would crack with any flex of the bumper and other plastic parts

I just noticed this same thing on mine yesterday after owning it for 4 months now. I can only notice the paint color difference in direct sunlight though, and it only seems to be on that small lower rear cab panel. My guess is because it is the difference from metal to plastic.
Here’s my pic of it.

That piece looks like the wrong gray to me?
