no sir because im fairly certain no amount of clay bar will remove the tiny.

its baked in there - its not only the section I illustrated

its the whole panel from 1 end of the spectrum to the other

if it is just the clear, It could be as easy as a scuff and sand, or could require a full repaint.

BUT, the main point here is, that is not normal.

this is what I was thinking of yesterday when you guys said its maybe related to the possible accident my vehicle was in and the paint job

I vaguely remembered another discolored panel on the back

so it can't be related to an accident

see these photos - that singular panel between wheel well and door panel is also discolored

Is that piece metal or plastic?

That lower cab corner trim piece is the same or very similar material to the grille/lamp surround. Might be worth having the dealer look at it as it’s doubtful that was repainted for a front end accident unless there was quite a bit of damage done. I’d have to look at it in person to tell for sure.

I think it's plastic.

I honestly doubt the vehicle in an accident. Because I checked our unified country-level police accident report & never turned up for this car. And virtually no car repair shop will touch a car without a police report. They come down hard on this.
And the previous owner didn't strike me as a do-it-at-home guy.
Yes, I know, doesn't mean anything. He could've had a friend do it.
But that broken part could've been broken from the factory or when he installed the auxiliary lights.

Even then, that wouldn't explain the rear portion discoloration.
ON BOTH SIDES of the car.

Another option might be to "wrap" that entire area with some sort of vinyl wrap?! That stuff looks pretty sweet these days.
I've thought about wrapping that entire area on mine
Food for thought...
