Blindspot Fault

I am experiencing a blind spot fault on dash only when the truck has sat for a long period of time. The fault shows then disappears. The system still works. And if i shut the truck off and restart it no fault shows on dash. Has anyone had this happen or have any insight? Truck has not been wet in months. Only thought I have is maybe the battery is starting to go. But other then that I can not seem to figure out why it displays fault on only cold starts but still functions as normal. Thank you.

try using your other key fob to start the truck. ( not kidding).

Will do. I do daily use the newer 18 key on a 17. Thanks for the insight.
