I have a 2023 Raptor R.
does anyone know if 38X13.5R20 tires will fit if i do the BDI leveling kit (1.25"?). and the wheel offset would be +12.
also, any guesses how far they woould stick out, if it even fits? thanks

I would think there is a good chance they will fit, but wheel width will need to be around 9" or less. Also depends on how you use the truck. Might have to trim a touch for clearance for regular street driving. Hard, full-cycle of the suspension might get up into the fenders a bit, but I know at least one guy on here is running a 39" BFG (so closer to 38") with about 2" front lift and it seems to work fine.

First things first. What is the leveling kit you are going to use? My quick Google search came up empty on a BDI 1.25 leveling kit.

And your difference in offset from stock will push the wheels out 7/8"
