I've got a Baer setup ready to go on my G1 pretty soon. Went with Baer over Alcon because Alcon required spacers to run 17" wheels.

Whether or not you need spacers depends on the wheel choice, not all 17” wheels. The spacers are included in the kit as a convenience and are 5mm thick.

It fits the truck. It's just a matter of whether or not you'll need tie rods/tie rod adapters. If needed, we could get you set up with the kit and you can test fit it and let me know. If you need the tie rods, I've got a set in stock and ready to ship. It may require a bit of back and forth, but it keeps you from buying parts you may not need.

This is what I have...

One thing to note. The rears come with sport rotors (solid iron). So there's not quite as much weight savings on the rear (just whatever you save from the aluminum calipers). But I'm ok with that. Figure the truck could use some extra weight back there compared to the front anyway.

These are the wheels I'm running with the Baers...

Truck is currently out of commission getting the Gen 3 Whipple upgrade and some other stuff done. I have all this stuff ready to go once I get the truck back. I'm G1 but I'll still report back once the brakes are on. Figure if these things can stop a G1 with 37" Nittos and heavy-ish beadlocks, they should be dynamite on a G2.

I really want the Alcon front brake kit but to get it here in Canada is so expensive. It sucks

Take a vacation road trip and pay cash for an install while you're down here.
