battery issue maybe ?

I had a battery fully drain once and it would take a charge. At all. Found out that it had swapped polarity never been able to explain that one

put new battery in has been 1 day ,still running 12.5, 13.5,14.5 , mostly staying at 13 ,maybe trip to dealer to reset battery management system .

Where and when are you getting these readings? Are these readings under load?

In case you are not aware, the charging system in your truck will charge your 12 volt battery at 14+ volts. That is what the alternator supplies to the battery. Once you turn the truck off, a new and healthy battery will settle in at 13+ volts at rest with the truck turned off. An AGM battery at 12.5 volts still has approx 80 percent charge.

There is both parasitic draw and self discharge going on so seeing the charge drop over time with engine off is normal.

Over time your battery will lose capacity. High ambient temperatures speed this up. If your battery discharges to 12 volts or lower, the capacity loss happens faster.

A modern smart charger can bring a damaged battery back to health.
