Battery dead after less than 2 years

Our local dealer does too. I didn't even bother with them when my battery died 2 years in. The dealer an hour away is much better. I think the service departments vary by dealer. I probably won't buy another ford strictly because the local service department is that bad.

same here. I am thinking about selling this one for that very reason
