AC\Heater issues

Hey everyone, my first post. Just picked up a 2022 raptor about a few months ago.

So my question is when I turn the AC from 67 degrees to 68 degrees the air go from cold to super hot. What could be the issue?
Any guidance is appreciated.

what is the ambient temp....and are you in AUTO mode.....? for the record, the truck will still "heat" even if AC is on when you have it in full auto.

If you are in auto, the truck will do what it thinks is best to achieve the desired temp. os if it is 60 degrees out and you go from 67 to 68, it will go to heat mode to hit that temp. The fans may or may not increase.

I always tell people...put it in auto and set the truck to 72 degrees. mine rarely moves from there...100 degree summer or 5 degree winter...always set to 72. the truck does what it does.
