2023 Raptor AC blowing hot

Hey new to group. Have a new 2023 Raptor and AC blowing hot. Took in to dealer who sent me the below. This is a major issue with many new Ford trucks with thousands of back ordered ac parts.

Okay so the compressor on the truck locked up and came apart. He needs to replace the compressor, discharge and return lines and the condenser. The compressor is on backorder with no ETA as of right now. We are performing an escalation to see if they can get us one expeditied



Our escalation is a request to pull from the production line to satisfy your order. But this is a nationwide request and there are several that need to be filled. They are having issues with the compressors that are coming on several of the new trucks though so there are hundreds if not thousands on backorder they're trying to sort through.
