Got the Customer Satisfaction Program (Program Number 11B25) letter yesterday. Program extends June 14, 2012 regardless of mileage.

My SCrew was built March 5th/6th, 2011.

The notices being mailed by FORD ref 11B25 do not specify which build dates are affected. I received mine today (GA). Presumption is based on the VIN #, FORD is mailing the notices to Raptor owners that may need a replacement drive shaft.

For those curious as to what the notice contains, if the administrators are OK with it, I will convert it to PDF and post it on Monday.

In talking to the FORD service technicians today, they told me they will replace drive shafts with part numbers: BL-3V4602-AB or BL-3V4602-BB. They made me bring the truck in to inspect it. If the drive shaft part number ends in AC or BC, you already have the good one and no replacement is required.

My drive shaft is now on order.

Yep, got mine yesterday in the mail. Already had the fix done. I will give my service writer a buzz and let him know. He may need to see it again for a quik look to get his check from ford.

I get the clunk issue, and have been wanting to get it in for the swap if needed.... But mine seems to be off and on... so I am concerned about being able to reproduce it on the spot @ the dealer... Is this something they can visually see if the clunking sound isn't occurring right then and there? Or is that going to have to happen for it to be resolved? Also... (Mine's a 2010 Scab - - Sorry I know, the thread says 2011's.).

Were people in Canada getting these letters too?

I haven't gotten a letter (yet) but had the driveshaft put in a while ago based on the TSB I printed from another thread here.
I had prepped the Ford tech about it for a few months beforehand, and so there was no need to reproduce it at the dealer.
I've got a nastier sound coming from the left front axle - hub and 4wd solenoid have been replaced, but it still sounds like I've snapped a shaft.

If it's making a clickity clickity noise it's probably a vacuum leak. These truck pull a vacuum to disengage the hub so if it's got not a whole lot of vacuum then it will kind of half engage and click alot
