I wonder if there is a way to not just enable/disable the fake engine note, but change it. Give the complainers a fake V8 in the cab and maybe they'll shut up.

They should have a “diesel” mode that has a 4000 rpm rev limit and shows you in 10th gear no matter what for those white knuckle semi passing events.

The key to this truck isnt making the exhaust louder, its making the turbo louder. Instead of trying to make it sound like the big V8 that it isnt, its better to to focus on the twin turbos. Intake, remove silencer rings, and atmospheric BOV mod go a long way in making this thing sound like a beast!
