Your current issue is frustrating to be sure, but the rodents chewing wires IS a thing and it’s not a warranty repair. It’s happened to me on one of my _garaged_ bikes, and it was the one place I did not look before calling in for help. Agreed. Time is money. The amount of time and frustration you'll invest to get the dealer to swap batteries won't be worth it.I would just go buy a new battery and be done with it. I already replaced the battery in my '22, the door lock touch function worked intermittently, all good now. My wife's '22 is a few months newer than mine and doing the same thing, though she hasn't said anything about it.
